Hours: Thursday: 6-9, Friday and Saturday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Introductory Cost: $475 per participant

Space is limited: Because of the individual and experiential nature of the workshop, we keep our numbers low so everyone is given the attentiveness they need. Registrations are on a first come, first serve basis. If the workshop you want to attend is full, contact us at info@SeasonsofLight.com, to be put on the waiting list. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.

Registration & payment: Pre-registration is required. To register please add this Workshop to your cart. All payments processed through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay with Paypal. Refunds: Due to the constraints of budget planning and administration, no refunds will be issued one month prior to the first day of the workshop. However, you may reassign your registration to another workshop within One (1) year with no extra charges.

Cancellation Policy: A 50% refund ($212.50) will be issued for cancellations that are made no less than 1 month prior to retreat date.

Scholarships: A limited amount of scholarships per workshop. A scholarship will cover 50% of the cost. If you are interested in applying for the scholarship, please send an email to info@SeasonsofLight.com to receive your application.

GUEST RESERVATION INFORMATION:

Lodging: The closest accomodations are at  Holiday Inn Express, 6220 South Rainbow, Las Vegas, 89118, 702-871-4453. This is about a 10 minute drive from the workshop. There are also many hotels and casinos located at the South end of the Las Vegas strip.

Meals: You will be responsible for eating breakfast beforehand and dinner afterwards. We will be providing healthy lunches each day of the workshop, and a light snack in the afternoon. Feel free to also bring your own snacks. Note: While there will be a variety of foods provided for lunch, if you are on a special diet, we recommend that you provide your own food where you can be sure to have your needs met.

Restrictions: Because of the nature of this workshop , we have an adults only policy. All participants must be age 21 or over.  Babies need their mama’s love and attention. We know there will be a “season” for mama’s of little ones to come, but we do have a no babies policy. Also, if registrations do not exceed 50% of retreat capacity, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the rworkshop with a  full refund.

Preparing For Your Journey:

We want your experience to be as beautiful and comfortable as possible. Following are some things that you may want to bring:

• Comfortable clothing
• Your favorite writing tool (please no laptops, ipads, etc.. )
• Sweater/Light jacket
• Pillow and/or blanket
• GOHL Packet
• An open heart and willingness to learn
